Sausage Pizza

Oven at 450 F

1 12″ premade pizza crust (check in the frozen section)
7 oz soy crumbles – Italian sausage style
1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce (14 oz)
2/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup finely chopped onion, white or yellow
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (dairy or soy)

Preheat the oven (if using a pizza stone, do not preheat).

Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone (pizza stones are a great investment – they yield a crispier crust and are great for baking various breads). Top with sauce, sausage, peppers and onions and cheese.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and all toppings are heat through. Enjoy!
