A citrus treat to start your day
1 cup vanilla soy milk
½ can Dole Pine-Orange-Banana juice or 3 – 4 cups fresh juice*
1/4 ice, optional
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. If you want a slightly less thick smoothie, you can add more soy milk or orange juice. For a colder, slushy type smoothie, add ice and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
*Fresh or frozen juice? Using frozen concentrate will yield a thicker, creamier smoothie that has a much stronger flavor. If you use frozen, I suggest you add the 1/4 cup ice.
If you prefer a thinner smoothie that is not as concentrated, use 3 – 4 cups prepared juice (found in cartons with the o.j. and milk), but no ice. You can also add a frozen banana (in chunks) to thicken and add extra taste.
