Berry, Berry Breakfast Smoothie

2 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh blueberries or 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup fresh raspberries or 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 ½ Tbl honey

If you are using all fresh berries, you can add the milk and berries to your blender and mix until smooth. Add the honey and blend.

If you are using some frozen berries, add the milk and fresh berries to the blender – then add frozen berries a handful at a time. Continue to blend until smooth, add the honey and mix one more time.

By adding the frozen berries a little at a time, the smoothie will blend more easily and you can control the thickness of your beverage.

If it gets to thick, limit the berries or add more soy milk. Makes 2-3 servings.
